Following on from the October all members meeting, the Executive Committee is putting forward

proposals for the future structure of the union. We have looked at how a number of other small unions

organise and have taken on board comments and suggestions from the meeting. We would now like to

hear your thoughts including any reservations you might have or suggestions as to how we could improve

what is proposed.
