About the event

East London PCU Group

You are invited to the East London PCU group on Saturday April 13th for a morning of Show and Tell and Solidarity.

It will be a space for sharing and solidarity; below is just a suggestion, but please do come with whatever happens to be on you chest that morning.

It will perhaps be like a critical psychotherapy group supervision where the group is the supervisor. There's no need to prepare, but a short presentation by anyone would be welcome; otherwise we will improvise on the day, perhaps for a group conversation about our individual or group work and politics of the workplace. It doesn't have to be explicitly related to the politics of PCU, but of course any issues in your work that are pertinent to the kind of struggles voiced on the list will be warmly welcomed. Alternatively we could of course use the space to discuss further any issues that have been discussed on the list. We'll find out on the day, I'm sure we'll probably mix it all up a bit.

All PCU members and “friends” welcome

ABOUT

PCU London Group are members of the excellent Common House in Bethnal Green, where we meet on the second Saturday of every month. We are not simply consumers renting a room, but part of an activist collective of mutual aid and cooperation. The low cost of £20 per four-hour monthly slot is based on our contributing to the running of the space with other activist groups.

All members are welcome if you can make it, but we encourage other regional groups to begin their own group if there is enough interest in the area.

PCU can provide some cost toward a venue, contact pcu.union@gmail.com if you’re interested.

In solidarity,

PCU London Group
